Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept debit & credit card payment and also payment by PayPal. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron cards.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling For UK clients small items are posted using first class post, larger items are sent by FedEx. In normal circumstances, where orders are received by 12 noon MSE Performance will despatch items on the same day. Most items are delivered to mainland UK addresses the next day - but this is not guaranteed. For International clients please contact us by email if you would like details of the carriers used - these will vary depending on the size of the order and the delivery address.
Delivery Schedule Where orders are placed by 12 noon our aim is to despatch items that day for delivery the next day, in normal circumstances.
Back Orders Items are normally available from stock. If you order items that we do not expect to have in stock for more than 48 hours we will contact you to discuss the options available to you.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Credit Card numbers are only obtained, processed and stored on HSBC Secure ePayments system. For your security MSE Performance do not receive details of your credit card from HSBC.
Guarantee We will happily pay a full refund for faulty/defective goods. Good must be returned within seven days of receipt. To receive a refund you must contact us by email before you return any goods in order to receive a returned goods number. We are unable to process goods that are returned without this number.
